The Staff, roles and experience 

Gill Lewis, our Pre-school Leader, holds a Diploma in Child Development and Early Childhood Education and an NVQ3 in this area. Gill is a First Aider and has been with the pre-school since 1992. She has three daughters and lives in the village.

Lynn Herbert our Deputy Pre-school Leader holds an NVQ2 in Early Years Childcare and has her NVQ3. Lynn is a First Aider and has two sons at Hunsdon JMI School who have both attended Ducklings and like Gill, lives in the village.

Janet Ward, our Pre-School Assistant holds an NVQ2 and NVQ3, has two sons and lives in the village.

Sam Foster, our Pre School Assistant is NNEB qualified. Sam is a First Aider and has a daughter at Hunsdon JMI School who also attended Ducklings. Sam also lives in the village.
